Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and digital insurance services in Iraqi Insurance Company. The significance of this research lies in its endeavor to identify AI capabilities that contribute to providing digital insurance services capable of meeting and fulfilling customer desires, as well as bridging the knowledge gap between these two variables. To achieve this objective, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to employees of Iraqi Insurance Company, addressing AI capabilities and digital insurance services. Using the simple random sampling method, researchers distributed (115) questionnaires to a number of employees in the research company. Subsequently, (100) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, representing a response rate of (87%). After analyzing the data using the SPSS V.22 program, the researchers found a positive and statistically significant correlation between AI capabilities and digital insurance services, as well as a positive and significant effect of AI capabilities on digital insurance services.
