The role of Ambidextrous leadership behaviors in reducing Organizational Anomie

In this research, the author explored a topic related to the reality of organizations in general and the behaviors of their employees. The main objective of the current study was to determine the impact or role of Ambidextrous leadership behaviors in mitigating organizational Anomie. This study was conducted to address several questions raised through the research problem concerning ways to avoid organizational Anomie, by practicing Ambidextrous leadership behaviors and how these behaviors can enhance the leader's role in minimizing its effects on the organization. Thus, the research question focused on: What is the impact of Ambidextrous leadership behaviors in reducing organizational Anomie? The author relied on open leadership behaviors and closed leadership behaviors to study and analyze Ambidextrous leadership behaviors. As for organizational Anomie, the study focused on organizational nonconformity, absence of organizational values, and organizational cynicism to analyze and measure its prevalence within the studied organization, which was the Al-Manathera Municipality Directorate in Najaf Al-Ashraf. The variables of the study were examined and analyzed using the SPSS-22 program, which also helped describe the variables. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The study concluded that Ambidextrous leadership does indeed have an impact in reducing organizational Anomie. It also recommended that relevant parties within the aforementioned organization adopt Ambidextrous leadership methods.
