The aim of this study is to identify the role of strategic learning in enhancing sustainable competitive advantage. The industrial sector was selected as the field for conducting the practical part of the study. The research was based on a set of main hypotheses that were tested in the field across (26) dairy production companies in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The study sample consisted of (121) out of the total number of managers in the surveyed companies (131), meaning that the sample percentage of the community was (% 92.3). The descriptive approach was used, and Data were gathered using a questionnaire that was specifically developed for this study. The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods through the (SPSS V.26) program to examine the correlation and impact relationships between the study variables.
The study yielded a number of conclusions, most notably the existence of a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of strategic learning and sustainable competitive advantage, as well as a significant impact of strategic learning dimensions on sustainable competitive advantage. In light of these conclusions, several recommendations were made, the most important of which is the need for the surveyed companies to institutionalize strategic learning as a sustainable organizational culture. This would enable them to effectively adapt to environmental changes and enhance their ability to make knowledge-based decisions.
