يهدف البحث الى دراسة العلاقة بين راس المال النفسي والصمت التنظيمي. ولتحقيق ذلك الهدفحاول البحث تحديد العلاقة التأثيرية بين متغيرين البحث وهما راس المال النفسيبأبعاده (الامل , الكفاءة الذاتية , التفاؤل , والمرونة) والصمت التنظيمي بأبعاده (مشاكل التواصل , وسلوك الصمت) انطلاقاً من تساؤلفكري أساسي مفادها هل يتأثر الصمت التنظيمي بأبعاد راس المال النفسي واختبار هذا التساؤل على المستوى الميداني في مستشفى الحسين ع العام, وسعياً لتحديد اي من ابعاد راس المال النفسي الاكثر تأثيراً في الصمت التنظيمي. وقد اختيرت عينة عشوائية قوامها (104) فرداً من الموظفين اخضعت اجاباتهم للاختبار والتحليل، وقد اشارتالنتائج الاحصائيةالى وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد رأس المال النفسي في مستويات الصمت التنظيمي على مستوى عينة البحث.

Abstract

The research aims to study the relationship between the psychological capital and organizational silence. To achieve this objective research tried to determine the influential relationship between two variables of research, and psychological dimensions of psychological capital (hope, self-efficacy, optimism, and flexibility) and silence organizational dimensions (communication problems, and the behavior of silence) from questionable intellectual essential that Are influenced by organizational silence the dimensions of the psychological capital and testing this question at the field level at public Al-Hussein Hospital, and in order to determine which of the psychological dimensions of the most influential in the organizational silence. A random sample of were selected (104) members of staff subjected their answers to the test and analysis, and statistical results indicated a significant effect for the psychological dimensions in the levels of organizational silence.
