دور الصحة التنظيمية في تحقيق الأداء الاستراتيجي

         يهدف البحث الحالي الى توضيح الخصائص المتداخلة بين الصحة التنظيمية والأداء الاستراتيجي. اضافة الى بناء اطار متكامل في هذا المجال. و من خلال المعلومات المتوفرة حول الصحة التنظيمية والأداء الاستراتيجي والعلاقة بينهما , فان هذا البحث يتحقق من منظور ابعاد الصحة التنظيمية ( النزاهة المؤسسية , الاعتبارية , الهيكل الأساسي والروح المعنوية) مع الاداء الاستراتيجي. ان اسهام هذا البحث هو من خلال ايجاد نموذج تكاملي يربط  يجمع بين الصحة التنظيمية والأداء ألاستراتيجي والذي تم اختباره احصائيا وقد اظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة تأثير وارتباط ايجابية بين الصحة التنظيمية والأداء الاستراتيجي.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the interlaced   characteristics between organizational health and strategic performance. Furthermore, to build an integrated framework for the fields. Through the available information about the organizational health and strategic performance and the relation between them, so this research are checking of perspective of organizational health dimensions (institutional integrity, Consideration,   Initial structure, and moral) with strategic performance. contributions of this research project were an integrated model of Organizational Health and strategic performance empirically tested. The finding show that there are positive effect and correlation between organizational health and strategic performance.
