استخدام قواعد الجدولة في تحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية دراسة تطبيقية في مستشفى النسائية والاطفال التعليمي في الديوانية

تعد عملية الجدولة من أهم أساليب العملية الإدارية، إذ أنها وظيفة حيوية  في الدول المتقدمة كونها توازن بين أعداد وأنواع الملاك المتاح في المنظمة، ومدى الحاجة لهم والأماكن والأوقات الواجب تواجدهم فيها، وبما يمكن المنظمة الصحية من تحقيق رسالتها في البيئة التي تعمل بها والمتمثلة بتقديم خدمة صحية بالمستوى المطلوب لكافة شرائح المجتمع التي ضمن البيئة التي تخدمها المنظمة وتحقيق رضا الملاك الصحي من خلال تقديم جداول عمل عادلة تتلاءم مع مهاراتهم وظروفهم.

أعتمد البحث في منهجيته على قواعد الجدولة كأسلوب لتحسين عمل الملاك الطبي، وتمثلت أهدافه في استخدام قواعد جدولة أفضل يتم من خلالها تقديم خدمة ذات جودة عالية، أيضاً تطبيق الأسلوب العلمي للجدولة بدلاً من الخبرة والاجتهاد. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج مهمة كالحاجة الملحة لدعم الخدمة الصحية بأساليب علمية وطرق كمية، إذ إن جميع أنشطة المشفى تقوم على الخبرة الشخصية والحالات الاجتهادية والذي ينعكس على واقع عمل المشفى ومستوى تنفيذ خططها.

Abstract

The scheduling process is one of the most important methods of the administrative process, as it is a vital function in developed countries being a balance between the numbers and types of available staffing in the Organization, and the need for them and their due places and times and what can Health Organization achieve its mission in the environment. in which it operates and to provide health service level required for all segments of the society within the environment served by the Organization and the health personnel satisfaction by offering fair work schedules compatible with their skills and their circumstances.

The research focused on methodology on scheduling rules as a way of improving the work of medical personnel, Its objectives are scheduling rules provide a high quality service, also apply the scientific method to schedule rather than experience and diligence. The research found several important results such as the urgent need to support the health service to the scientific methods and quantitative ways, as all activities of hospital based on personal experience and discretionary cases reflected the reality of the work of the hospital and the level of implementation plans
