تحليل وقياس العلاقة بين التوسع المالي والمتغيرات الاقتصادية في العراق للمدة 1974-2010

Abstract

المستخلصیهدف البحث إلى تحلیل وقیاس العلاقة السببیة بین التوسع المالي والمتغی ا رت الاقتصادیة(الحسابالجاري،المی ا زن التجاري، حساب أ رس المال،عرض النقد الضیق،عرض النقد الواسع) في الاقتصادالع ا رقي ومدى الت ا ربط بینهما بعلاقات سببیة قد تكون باتجاه واحد أو باتجاهین (تغذیة عكسیة) وحددتالنظریة الاقتصادیة اتجاه العلاقة لكثیر من الظواهر الاقتصادیة ألا أن بعضها لم تحسم صیغة العلاقةبین المتغی ا رت لذا لابد من د ا رسة السببیة لمعرفة اتجاه تلك العلاقة وقد تناول هذا البحث مطلبینخصص المطلب الأول توصیف المنهج القیاسي المستخدم في تقدیر العلاقة السببیة أما المطلب الثانيتحدید اتجاه العلاقة السببیة للمتغی ا رت قید الد ا رسة، باستخدام الأسالیب القیاسیة الحدیثة في تحلیلV ) ونموذج Engle- Granger السلاسل الزمن من اختبار الوحدة والتكامل المشترك وسببیة ج ا رنجروتم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة سببیة بین التوسع المالي وحساب .Vector Auto Regressive (A Rأ رس المال ؟.Abstract:The research aims to analyze and measure the causal relationship betweenfiscal expansion and economic variables (current account, trade balance, capitalaccount, the money supply tight, the broad money) in the Iraqi economy andthe degree of interdependence between the two causal relations may be onewayor two-way (feedback) and identified economic theory direction of therelationship for many economic phenomena but some unresolved relationshipbetween variables formula therefore has to be a causal study to determine thedirection of that relationship has addressed this research two demands allocatedfirst requirement standard approach used characterization in estimating thecausal relationship.
