المستخلص
تعد السياحة الدينية بأنها احدى أدوات القياس لانعاش القطاع السياحي في الدول الاسلامية
ولما كانت مدينة النجف الاشرف قبلة واسعة لل ا زئرين من العالم الاسلامي ونتيجة لهذا التضاعف
في عددهم وضعف مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لهم تم اعتماد تجربتين لدولتين سياحيتين
(تركيا،تونس) بحثا في جوانب ضعف التطوير السياحي مما انعكس سلبا على تقديم الخدمات
السياحية.ويهدف البحث الى اعتماد التجربتين في مجال التطوير والاستثمار السياحي كأحد
معايير المناظرة والوصول الى جملة من المقترحات الفعالة لرفد السياحة الدينية في مدينة
النجف الاشرف وتحفيز الحكومتان المركزية والمحلية والقطاع الخاص.كما يهدف البحث الى
تبني مفهوم معاصر ومتوازن بما يليق بمكانة المحافظة المقدسة ومن خلال إج ا رء مسح شامل
لكافة موارد الجذب السياحي والديني وكذالك توظيف م ا ركز الخدمة العامة وتقدير الاحتمالات
وتقيم الفعاليات والاستفادة من التجارب الحالية والمتوقعة وبما يحافظ على الهيكلة العامة للمنظور
السياحي المتقدم.اذ تم بناء م ا رحل زمنيه عشريه لتنفيذ مقترحات سياحيه وفق توزيع ومساهمه
اط ا رف العلاقه وهم الحكومتان المركزيه والمحليه والقطاع الخاص.
Abstract
The religious tourism as one measure to revive the tourism sector in the Islamic
