Abstract

Libya was under Italian occupation when World War II  occurred, then the Allied forces entered Libyan territory during 1943, and after that date, Britain and France shared areas of influence, where they were divided into areas subject to the two countries, and at the end of World War II, the Libyan issue turned into an international problem, where a Soviet-American, British, French, Italian conflict took place around it, and the seriousness of that conflict on Libya's independence was positive. If the conflicting parties agree to raise the Libyan issue to the United Nations in 1950, the UN body finally decided on Libya's independence in 1952
