Abstract

The research included the study of housing policies, which represent the general guidelines and rules drawn by the state to proceed with work procedures to achieve the housing goals of meeting the housing need and providing housing in accordance with the standards of sustainable development and affordable housing, on which the amount of achieving affordable and sustainable housing units depends to reach the goal of the study.

The field study (practical) included a description of the study area, according to information related to the building density and towards a sustainable housing policy and affordable housing, which practically shows the impact of the housing policy evaluation on the housing units to prove the research hypothesis through it.
