Abstract

a wide place in the jurisprudence and legal community, and this position has made it an important topic dealt with by society in general, and jurisprudence and law in particular, as this subject has been made special jurisprudential rules and legal articles that allow the individual to resort to abortion in certain and specific cases, and this is what I concluded from it Penalties for contravention, and there may be jurisprudential or legal penalties that are summed up in criminal punishment, and it is possible that society does not adhere to the jurisprudence nor legal rule from its application to avoid divine and legal punishment, and for this we see that we clarify the penalty for abortion from the legal and jurisprudential side and compare them to know the places and cases that can be avoided Punishments for the individual and society.
