Peaceful transfer of power between contemporary political systems and the Islamic political system

Abstract

Accordingly, the importance of the research lies in clarifying the concept of peaceful trading and its role in contemporary ruling systems, and its contribution to the stability of societies and states. The study was divided into three sections, the first section dealt with the content of the peaceful transfer of power, and the second section presented the Islamic concept of the transfer of power, and the third section examined the accountability of rulers and the possibility of their removal according to the Islamic approach. The study methodology in this research relied on the foundations of the scientific method based on the use of scientific credibility, dealing with opinions objectively, and reaching conclusions and scientific results.
