Abstract

    Racist policies in South Africa took many forms that worked to develop development plans for the lands and the white population at the expense of the indigenous black population. The Boegoeberg Dam irrigation project represents a clear example of the apartheid policies that influenced and supported these policies at the expense of the black population. These projects led to Ultimately, social and class differences increase and the gap between whites and blacks widens.
