Abstract

 

The purpose of this research is identify and know the field reality of the impact of the quality of job life in the work environment, represented by its dimensions (job satisfaction, job participation, job security, compensation and rewards, justice among working individuals, balance between career and personal life) on achieving the organization’s prestige and strength in the competitive environment. In order to reach the objectives of the research, a questionnaire form prepared for this purpose was designed after presenting it to some experts and specialists in business administration sciences to give it the characteristic of consistency and validity, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (180) individuals, who represent a sample of workers in the garment factory Men in the province of Al-Najaf, where the response rate of the research community was (1120) individuals was (16%), and the research data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods (percentage, arithmetic means, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient, Spearman, and regression. Simplex and Coefficient of Determination).

The research concluded several results, the most important of which is that organizational prestige is achieved and has a reflection in the external environment and is high when there is a quality of job life based on job satisfaction, justice and a reward system, and that the employee prefers a career more than a personal life
