Abstract

The honorable narration has a special significance for Muslims, as they count it in the next position to the Qur’anic verses, as commanded by the greatest Messenger (PBUH) and for its great importance, Muslim scholars have taken methods to ensure the authenticity of what is narrated in order for it to be taken as a pretext to the truth and to make it a means of behavior and attaining the pleasure of the truth. And from those methods, the narrator is characterized by characteristics that make him reliable and dependent on him to accept his narration, and among those descriptions agreed upon among the Sunnis is the justice of the narrator, that is, the narrator must not be immoral. On the other hand, there were many narrations that are recurrent and reliable between the two teams, that slandering the Ahl al-Bayt, especially the Commander of the Faithful (PBUH), insulting and cursing them are among the nullifiers of justice and signs of hypocrisy, hypocrites and immoral people. Narratives of the Kharijites and Nawasib. The subject of this investigation is the biography of the Imam of the Hanbalis towards the Nasibis and Kharijites in the documentation and narration from them, and the outcome of the investigation is: He neglected this condition or did not care about it and documented a group of the Nasibis and Kharijites or narrated from them in its tracks, and what came in this investigation are only a few examples. From this blunder to take care of the shortcut.
