Abstract

Entrepreneurial thinking is one of the topics that has been and continues to be neglected over time in our organizations, despite its active role in showing excellence in performance for all workforce in organizations, including managers and leaders in particular, and that performance must have a positive impact for the public benefit. The life and continuity of the organization in an environment dominated by rapid change and development, which requires it to adapt and respond to these changes in order to ensure that customers' needs and satisfaction are met in the best way. It is worth noting that quality is one of the competitive priorities that business organizations have become by giving it priority in their work, as it is a contemporary approach that it adopts as a management philosophy and scientific method, whether these organizations are both productive or service organizations.
