Knowledge management and its impact on achieving organizational creativity

Interest in the knowledge approach has increased, specifically in the theoretical frameworks emanating from it that deal with administrative or economic issues, with the growing phenomenon of rapid change in the business environment due to the diminishing theories and approaches that were prevalent in developing solutions to confront this change, especially after realizing the importance of knowledge as an important asset in achieving the goals and role of the organization. In the great shift towards the knowledge economy that focuses on investing in intangible intellectual and knowledge assets more than on tangible physical assets, and this role has become more important when the concept of the knowledge age prevails, which requires that organizations not only provide information, but must think with information, and in the light of It was imperative for contemporary administrative thought to direct its attention to finding methods that seek to obtain knowledge, acquire it, store it, distribute it, and put it into practice in order to ensure that the organization achieves its goals and adapts to the entitlements of change.
This research included four topics, the first topic came to clarify the theoretical framework of knowledge management. As for the second topic, the research methodology included the importance of the research, its aim, and the problem to be researched. As for the third topic, it came to explain the differences and comparison between the Colleges of Education for Girls and Colleges of Arts with statistical analyzes of the questionnaire. This research was concluded with the fourth topic, which included conclusions, recommendations and suggestions, and we relied on statistical analysis methods to find out the similarities and differences in the answers of the research sample.
