Abstract

There is no doubt that some of the rulings - for a joke in the method of presentation and clarification, or according to the interest of gradation in rulings, or for the wisdom of referring back to the Most Noble Messenger (PBUH), and whoever follows the command of the truth after him, or other than that of the explanatory, educational or political interests - came in Its beginnings are in general terms, and then the specification came after a period of time through the Holy Book or the Noble Sunnah. Including what remained in general. Public and private investigations are great investigations, which the interpreter and the jurist must know before storming this dangerous field ().
