Abstract

Communication as a new-old concept that carries within it the seeds of continuous renewal has been the subject of constant debate due to its ambiguity and its connection and extension to all human fields, which has made it subject to multiple and sometimes conflicting definitions with different and contradictory starting points.

Communication has crept into politics and has become closely linked to it to the point that it has become part of its practice.
