Abstract

The idea of the res research started from the importance of having massacre in any city Urban area , but unfortunately the city of Al-Diwaniya is currently suffering from random butchering due to the closure of the only massacre in the city by Al-Diwariya Environment Department from 2017 until now. This is for violating the environmental Conditions and also for its proximity to the population after the expansion of the city of and what is required to prove is that the establishment of this project, that has been studied, is economically feasible enough to attract the investor and are the returns of the project sufficient to cover all the expenses and costs that will be spent to implement the project, and can the project

a chieve a profit?

It was found through the criteria approved by the feasibility studies that it is conomically viable, as the pay back period is considered good for the purpose of recovering all investment costs. Social criteria for the project is the environmental standard through its contribution to solve the problem of random slaughter that the city suffers from.
