The distances between them are great, as the operations of communication via the Internet have transformed the world as a small village in which communication operations are facilitated under the umbrella of the so-called digital economy, which depends on information and communication technology with information capital and innovation, which is considered as a new productivity platform and a third industrial revolution, because of what it provides from Creating new economic growth opportunities and markets that keep pace with digital modernity, through the potentials provided by this economy to build effective societies, with ambitious competitive capabilities, and support the locomotive of sustainable development
