Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to identify the concept of wise leadership, its importance, dimensions, elements, and its relationship to job involvement among workers in the Directorate of Education of Najaf Governorate.
Methodology/Design: The researcher distributed (176) questionnaires to individuals working in the Education Directorate of Najaf Governorate. The questionnaires retrieved and valid for statistical analysis were (701) questionnaires, which were analyzed using the statistical program SPSS V.25.
The importance of the research: This research enables senior management to develop strategies to integrate wise leadership initiatives into the organization by starting with non-existent wise leadership methods and enhancing those that already exist in practice.
Theoretical results/There is a knowledge gap about interpreting the nature of the relationship and impact between the current research variables represented by the independent variable wise leadership and the dependent variable job involvement.
Practical results: The research found that there is a statistically significant correlation and influence between wise leadership and job involvement.
Scientific implications: It is possible to benefit from the results of the research, as attention to wise leadership and alertness leads to an increase in the quality of work, as well as the commitment of employees to the jobs assigned to them, which is reflected in the provision of good services by the organization, and thus improves traditional and modern performance measures, which ultimately leads to achieving Required performance.
Originality/value: The current research came to fill a knowledge gap represented by the small number of studies and research that dealt with the variables of the current research together.
