The research adopted questionnaire forms as the main tool for collecting data and information related to the research variables. The questionnaire included (24) items distributed among the two research variables, with (12) items for the independent variable (strategic innovation) and (12) items for the dependent variable (organizational commitment). The research tested two hypotheses to reveal the correlation and influence relationships between variables. Najaf Al-Ashraf International Airport represented a field for the applied aspect of the research, and a random sample of (104) individuals was chosen. In order to verify the validity of the hypotheses, the research adopted the statistical program (smart PLS v.3.3).
