Abstract

The research aims to identify the possibility of the College of Science at the University of Kufa investing in artificial intelligence in enhancing the effectiveness of the agile work team. The research was applied to a sample of faculty members in the College of Science at the University of Kufa, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, as artificial intelligence was measured across six dimensions ( Comprehensiveness, coordination, accuracy and speed, reliability, accessibility, and flexibility) as an independent variable, while the dependent variable was the effectiveness of the agile work team to be measured through five dimensions (independence, shared leadership, iterative learning, and team orientation). The data was analyzed after Distributing a questionnaire to a random sample of the college’s (174) teaching staff to determine the availability and role of variables and analyzing them using the statistical program (SPSS V. 27). The results showed that there is an impact of artificial intelligence in enhancing the effectiveness of the agile work team for teachers in the College of Science, University of Kufa.
