Abstract

The primary objective of this research was to examine how organizational diversity management, through its dimensions (managing marginalization, managing cultural diversity, teamwork, conflict management, and managing work situations), as an independent variable, affects human resource branding, represented by its dimensions (brand identity, brand commitment, brand loyalty, and brand performance), as a dependent variable.

A quantitative research methodology was used to collect data from a sample of 238 physicians at Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Teaching Hospital and the Italian San Donato Hospital Group. The research included two hypotheses: correlation and influence between the two variables. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS v.29 and SmartPLS.

The statistical results revealed a positive and significant impact of organizational diversity management on human resource branding. The research reached the most important conclusions: conscious management of organizational diversity is a continuous and sustainable relationship with maximizing human resource branding and requires a serious strategic approach by hospital management to document this process.
