In light of the rapid changes and increasing challenges facing organizations in the modern business environment, it has become imperative for leaders and managers to address the phenomenon of organizational frustration among employees. Organizational frustration results from the gap between employee expectations and the reality of organizational practices and policies, which negatively impacts performance, productivity, and employee engagement with the organization. Therefore, the importance of this study lies in its attempt to measure the extent to which leaders' strategic convergence affects organizational frustration among the study sample, thus contributing to addressing this phenomenon. Accordingly, this study aims to explore the nature of the relationship between leaders' strategic convergence and organizational frustration. The University of Kufa was chosen as the study population, and (347) faculty members were selected as the research sample for this study. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, in addition to a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The study also adopted a random sampling method. The study also sought to test a number of main and sub-hypotheses, including those related to the relationships of influence and correlation between the study variables. Several statistical programs were used: Excel 2013, SPSS v23, Smart PLS. For the purpose of data processing, the study reached several conclusions, including "There is a clear role for leaders' strategic convergence in addressing organizational frustration in the study community."
