The Impact of Public Expenditure on the Success of Crisis Response Strategies

The study aims to identify the role of Public Expenditure practices in the success of strategies to confront the crises of the study community, the Directorate of Civil Defense, Najaf Governorate. The study has focused on crystallizing the cognitive ground for the main study variables by reviewing most of the literature and studies that deal with the topics of Public Expenditure practices and strategies for confronting crises. To achieve the aims of the study, the correlation and impact between the dimensions of public expenditure practices represented by (administrative practices, economic practices, functional practices, financial practices) have been studied in the dimensions of crisis coping strategies represented by (containment strategy, work teams strategy, fatigue strategy, fragmentation strategy). A scale consisting of (24) items was designed, and (120) questionnaire forms have been distributed and the statistical tools represented by (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, confirmatory factor analysis) have been used.
