Strategic architecture and its role in promoting organizational health

This study aims to identify the importance of strategic architecture and its impact on promoting organizational health, as a serious attempt to bridge or reduce the knowledge gap in explaining the nature of the relationship between these variables, through a survey of the views of the target sample at the Najaf Health Department center, as this organization is a major artery It is one of the most important organizations concerned with community health. In the researcher’s endeavor to achieve the objectives of the study, he used the descriptive analytical method to obtain information and based on the method of field survey through the interview in the form of distributing the study questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample of (52) managers working in the Najaf Health Department center. The study population was (60) principals, with a response rate of (100%), and the number of valid questionnaires for statistical analysis was (52). The analysis process was conducted by relying on a number of statistical means such as the programs SPSS v26 and (SMART PLS). The study then reached a set of statistical results represented in the existence of a correlation and a significant (positive) effect between strategic architecture and organizational health.
