Abstract

When addressing research in the law of armed conflict and international criminal law, it may come to mind at first sight that there is no fundamental difference between them But when we delve into them, we notice that there is a vast difference between them in terms of their scope, sources, the persons to whom they are addressed, and the rules of their jurisdiction. , but this does not preclude the existence of a connection between them and the effect of one on the other from a number of answers, so that one of them develops the rules of the other from this interconnection between them
