The jurisprudential adaptation of the fatwa of the sufficiency obligation of Sayyid al-Sistani (the popular crowd as a model)

The experience of the Popular Mobilization Forces is a great and pioneering experience in mobilizing the people's motivation and defending the homeland and its gains against any aggression, and it was the product of an hour of awareness and great Iraqi maturity, which is a good and previous idea created by the rational authority in order to save the homeland from evil people.
The Popular Mobilization Forces are considered one of those popular bases that decided to defend the land, honor and sanctities, due to their great belonging to the homeland, as they can be described as a mass force represented by the various religions, sects and nationalities in the country, centered on the love of God Almighty and the land, united goals and destiny.
The PMF was not a surprising development far from reality, as much as it was an expression of an urgent need and strategic necessity for Iraqi national security on the one hand, and to protect the moderate approach of Islam on the other.
The research was organized with three demands, accompanied by an introduction and conclusion.
