Guarantees of human rights and basic freedoms, their concept, importance, types, and models

Among the most common means of national governmental mechanisms to protect human rights are:
- Judicial mechanism and constitutional courts
- The mechanism of specialized bodies that are established primarily to carry out follow-up and oversight tasks in the field of human rights
- Diplomatic protection mechanism
The most important guarantees of individual rights and freedoms are: submission to the law and equality of rights and freedoms among individuals, as well as guaranteeing the right to litigation, as it is a natural human right and is one of the highest constitutional principles that cannot be infringed.
The researchers concluded that one of the guarantees of human rights and basic freedoms is improving and increasing production. In a way that provides the minimum level of ease in the economic-cultural life of the individual; Therefore, individuals must be educated on freedom by developing a curriculum that ensures the formation of liberal mentalities capable of forming an independent, informed opinion.
