The centers of cities in the world are considered a measure of their superiority and centers for the aspirations and desires of society, and they have always been and still are the beating heart in them. It is necessary to pay attention to adapting the city center to the movement of pedestrians and to provide security for them in their movement through the city center and its streets. Religious cities achieve security for residents and visitors in the old city. The aim of the research is to provide a safe and effective movement in the center of the holy city of Karbala. The practical aspect represents transportation in the center of Karbala city and the problems facing the center such as the lack of organizing parking and the lack of public transport planned. Therefore, solutions to these problems must be developed to organize transportation in religious centers.
