Abstract

The study aims to detirnmine the impact of organizational strength in achieving strategic success, and the research was applied in the General Directorate of Education in the Al-Najaf Governorate, and for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the research, a random sample of (101) members of the upper and middle management was selected. The questionnaire was adopted For the purpose of data collection as well as personal interviews in order to support the accuracy of the answers and in order to obtain balanced answers. The research used a set of statistical methods in data analysis such as correlation coefficients, regression and structural modeling. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: Strategic success is one of the most critical goals for public sector organizations, due to their direct contact with society, which requires a set of basic elements that contribute to achieving it by supporting organizational sources of power.
