The Israeli strategy towards energy security (Eastern Mediterranean) and its repercussions on the Middle East region

In light of the recent discoveries in the Eastern Mediterranean region, there are regional and international countries competing for gas fields and energy corridors, as the scene has become more complex in light of the movements and alliances that arise between the actors of the region in particular, and the ambitions of international actors ,Considering that the region is an area of influence according to the vision and directions dictated by the set of goals that each party seeks to achieve, as the energy factor, including it, has become among the most important factors of power in the international system,therefore, Israel is striving to seize control of this factor to gain more power and dominance through a number of strategic alliances and understandings, which have major direct implications for the Middle East region,Considering that Israel is implicitly among the countries in the region, it seeks to weaken the role of states in it, which enables it to become the strongest state and then seek hegemony.
