The current research aims to identify:
Ethical reasoning among graduate students in middle Euphrates universities, as well as statistically significant differences in moral reasoning, scientific research request, specialization (scientific - students), study (scientific - PhD), and to achieve research goals by building a research tool: the cognitive infrastructure scale. Applying the tool to a sample of basic research (643) male and female graduate students in the universities of the Middle Euphrates (Karbala, Babylon, Kufa, Al-Muthanna and Al-Qadisiyah) The science of science and the humanities with 10% of the original population using the stratified random method, and after collecting statistical data using SPSS, they reached the science of social sciences: Postgraduate studies in the universities of the Middle Euphrates were called for inductive moral reasoning, and for master’s degree students, to use inductive moral reasoning.
