Abstract

     The research examined the study of the role of organizational justice in limiting retaliatory behavior, and the research problem was to increase the impact of the absence of organizational justice on individuals ’reactions and behaviors and therefore it significantly affects their performance. measuring the effect of organizational justice in reducing retaliatory behavior. The study was applied to a sample of (82) individuals working in Al-Hakim General Hospital and data was collected by distributing the questionnaire to them and analyzing The data is through the statistical program SPSS.V23, and the research reached the most retaliatory behaviors of workers, and the researchers recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is the need to pay attention to clean-up justice procedures Scientific and particularly the category of administrators because they are more aware of justice, through the subject of wages, incentives and rewards system obtained by the staff, and linked to the size of previous experience, scientific qualifications, and the distribution of burdens and duties and functional responsibilities fairly and appropriately between all staff.
