Diversity in societies is a natural and common matter and in various institutions, especially the economic ones, and this diversity is receiving increasing attention at the present time as a result of the increasing demands for tolerance, equality, tolerance and acceptance of the other on the one hand, and awareness of the impact of diversity and cultural difference in the development and growth of institutions, especially with the increase in challenges. facing the institutions, and the renewed and increasing change in the environment of these institutions, and consequently the increasing interest in the issues of diversity in the public and private sectors, with the aim of enabling them to provide excellent service to customers and maintain competitiveness. From it as an important organizational resource that can be employed positively to transform from a cause of conflict into an engine of creativity, and this puts the leaders of institutions in front of the need to understand the nature of diversity and ways to deal with it and benefit from it to achieve the specified goals.
