Expiry of the administrative decision and the end of its effects

The administration uses the administrative decision as a means of producing the legal effects that it seeks to achieve. With its issuance, it enters the world of law and becomes part of the legal organization of the state and begins from the moment of its issuance to produce the effects required of it. It may lengthen or shorten productive work, but in all cases it cannot remain productive. For it forever, there will come a moment when it stops producing antiquities, either because it is unable to produce them while remaining a part of the legal organization but an ineffective or inactive part, or because it disappears from the world of law and legal organization in the state. We have made this demand to explain both cases, and we will discuss If the administrative decision ends in a specific branch, then we discuss in a second section the end of its effects.
