The current research aims to measure the role of strategic renewal in achieving high performance in private banks in Najaf, and to achieve this, the dimensions of the independent variable strategic renewal (new products and services, external adventure, organizational restructuring) were adopted, and high performance dimensions (management quality, Continuous improvement, management quality), which are ready-made foreign standards. In the applied side, a sample of managers, assistant managers and employees were selected in the field to search through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose with (104) respondents. A number of statistical programs were used to test the research hypotheses, including SPSS, Excel, Amos. One of the most important conclusions he reached is that the strategic renewal has an effective and significant role in achieving the high performance of the research community banks. The research concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is working to enhance the aspects of employee development in private banks in order to keep pace with the great developments that keep pace with the work of current banks, which requires developing the capabilities and skills of staffing in accordance with the best leadership and administrative practices that work to keep pace with these developments and make the most of the working staff and push them Towards the development of the business entrusted to them
