Abstract

The study aims to demonstrate the impact of human resources experience and its reflection on innovation-based performance represented in its dimensions (innovation, fluency, originality, and adaptation) for a sample of medical and nursing staff (private hospitals in the holy Karbala Governorate). The sample size reached (278) observations and the total research community reached (985). The researcher sought to achieve a set of objectives, including defining human resources experience and innovation-based performance as important and effective variables in strategic business. The questionnaire was the main tool for collecting data. A number of statistical methods were used, such as confirmatory structural validity analysis and the correlation coefficient (Pearson) to measure the type and degree of the relationship between the research variables, structural reliability analysis of measurement performance (Cronbach's Alpha), and simple and multiple effect testing (structural equation modeling SEM), to determine the differences in the sample's answers regarding the study variables.
