The general meaning of inflation is the continuous rise in the general level of prices of various commodities in the market, but the reason for its emergence in the sample countries, including Iraq, differs according to the political and economic conditions of each country, and the most prominent causes of inflation in it are the structural imbalances in its production apparatus or the political and economic developments, which may generate different kinds Different from inflation, it may be creeping or unbridled, and the change in prices upwards and sequentially leads to different effects on the indicators of sustainable development, and they are often negative or positive on the economic performance of those countries.
