Abstract

The research represents an approach to Wednesday's hadith in the light of the laws of the argumentative ladder, after clarifying the concept of (pilgrimage ladder), and the laws on which it is based, namely: (the law of reduction, the law of substituting the ladder, and the law of the invert). The goal is to know the ability of these laws to reveal the argumentation of this text, and the acceptance of the text itself or its response to it.
