Spatial analysis of the efficiency of civil defense centers in the cities of Almanadhiruh district

The study of civil defense services and identify the extent of their adequacy and efficiency in quantity and quality and know the need for them for the population in order to work on their availability in a manner commensurate with the growth of the study area and its urban expansion.As the civil defense services are one of the most important services because they relate to the safety of citizens and their property, the study focused its objectives and methodology on the statement of the current spatial distribution of civil defense centers in the cities of Najaf Governorate, and identify the areas that suffer from a shortage and deficit in the cadres of individuals and mechanisms in order to reveal the efficiency of the distribution of civil defense services because justice in the distribution of services spatially It is one of the basic requirements that help achieve an ideal distribution of services in general and civil defense services in particular, as the study relied on the systematic, historical and analytical approach in the use of statistical methods, including the closest neighbor to determine the pattern of spatial distribution of the sites of civil defense centers in the study area,
