Abstract

The research aims to stand on the interpretive and analytical efforts of Sheikh Murtada Al-Ansari (may his soul be sanctified) through his reasoning with the noble Qur’anic evidence in the matter of the conditions of a valid contract. Legitimacy in the issue of the validity of the contract.
