Teaching tasks of faculty members in the faculties of education, University of Kufa

This current study also sought to build the standard of teaching tasks, which consists of (30) paragraphs in its final form and included all deportation (self and personal, interaction with others, teaching methods, scientific and knowledge aspects, and the employment of technology in education). From this point of view, this study came to investigate the availability of quality standards of teaching tasks for a faculty member in the faculties of education in its scientific and humanitarian departments and The order to objectives achieve of research.
The measure was presented to experts and arbitrators, and honesty and stability were calculated to confirm the readiness of the scale to apply. The study of the measure was applied to the research sample of faculty members(674 )in the faculties of Education, University of Kufa, with its scientific departments, language( 302) and humanity(372 ), and the study came out with a set of recommendations and proposals for developing, improving and expanding the teaching competencies of the university professor in a comprehensive and advanced manner in higher education, and this is what achieves the quality of education, the ethics of the university profession and the performance of teaching in comprehensive quality standards.
