Abstract

Successive Iraqi governments have sought to pay attention to irrigation

projects because they are the mainstay of the Iraqi agricultural economy, and representatives have closely followed them. The research provided a clear presentation of the most important government promises to implement large irrigation projects capable of solving all irrigation problems in the country and capable of securing all the needs of the agricultural sector through the construction of dams, reservoirs and other projects of great importance. Here we will begin to shed light on that.
