This research seeks to study the effect of the morphological level in determining the concept of the text among linguists and legislators, as linguistic and legislative texts consist of words that carry and perform meaning, and these words are not intended to have meanings These are in themselves, but their meanings are combined next to each other so that they interact and are intertwined with each other. For the purpose of arriving at a single semantic concept, Whenever the morphological form in the text changes, its semantic function changes, and this is what we will shed light on by studying the derivatives and morphological changes and explaining their effect in T It has significant significance in the linguistic and legislative texts in particular.
