The geopolitical dimensions of the Iraqi-Saudi rapprochement after 2019

This research came to review the nature of the relationship between Iraq and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the geopolitical dimension of this relationship and the developments that occurred in this relationship and the positive change that occurred after 2019, and to shed light on the important points of convergence that played an effective role between the two countries such as the political, security and economic dimension as well as the cultural dimension Especially since the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia plays a pivotal political role in the region, as it is a major player within the Iraqi political arena. It has an agenda and active arms inside Iraq, with mentioning the most important reasons that prompted Saudi Arabia to change its policy towards Iraq positively, in addition to the benefit obtained as a result of this rapprochement for both parties. Is this rapprochement resilient, or is it dependent on the political changes taking place in Iraq .
