Strategic agility represents the organization's ability to predict, act and respond proactively in order to identify strengths and weaknesses in the organization's outstanding performance and work to enhance strengths and address weaknesses, as well as detecting opportunities and threats and working to invest opportunities and addressing threats. Strategic agility is one of the factors that act as a catalyst towards providing excellent, fast and immediate performance.
Based on this point of view, the current study tries to shed light on the role of strategic agility in outstanding performance. In order to achieve this aim, the study has been divided into four sections, the first one has referred to the research methodology, the second section presents the theoretical part of the study, while the third one produces the practical side of the research, and the fourth section provides a set of conclusions and recommendations.
