Recent Trends in Social Organization Theory - an analytical study

Abstract

Social organization is one of the freshest subjects that emerged in the first half of the twentieth century. Despite the importance and seriousness of the topics studied in social organization, the concepts of social organization remain at the forefront in organization studies and research because of their extremely important impact in determining the theoretical identity and the initial, reference and intellectual directions of the concept. The research aims to identify the efficiency of the perspective of Western social organizations, as well as describe the distinctive characteristics of social organization. It included five sections, the first being the general framework of research, the second the theoretical framework for research, and the third modern trends in the organization of society. The fourth topic included the functional structural tendency and the society organizing system as a social system, while the fifth topic included psychological and social factors in organization.
